Sometimes we feel like we have done enough. It is just bigger then us. Sometimes we just have to let it go and leave it to the universe. This session is about asking the stars for guidance. Beautiful if you feel stuck in a situation and you just have no clue what to do anymore. Well we just set the intention, to ask for guidance for the situation (whatever that may be). Then we let it go and ask the stars. THIS is a somatic practice - a conversation with the body.
